Pennsylvania leads in LGBT delegates to the Libertarian nominating convention

25 May
Pennsylvania, leads in gay delegates to the Libertarian Party convention, perhaps because Philadelphia is the city of brotherly love!  No other state has more than 2 LGBT delegates as far as we can tell.   Which seems impossible.  California must but we can’t identify them, even after mailing state parties and delegation chairs.  Most poor heterosexual libertarians have replied to me befuddled that they have never inquired about their delegates’ sexual orientations.

Updated daily
Not to make heterosexuals or others feel left out, but we are assembling this list (in formation) for the gay press, the gay delegates themselves, and other interested parties.

Over one thousand Libertarians (including over 900 delegates and over 300 alternates) convene in Orlando on Memorial Day weekend to revise the platform and nominate candidates.  One gay delegate, Kerry McKennon, has also thrown his hat in the ring for the vice presidential nomination, though I don’t think he is a front runner.  Among the 3 major candidates for the LP presidential nomination and the dozen plus minor ones I do not know of any LGBTqwerties. One delegation chair, Bruce Majors of DC, is gay.  Outright Libertarians, a caucus in the LP, will hold its biennial national meeting on 5:45 pm on May 29 at the convention.

If you see yourself here and want to have yourself removed or have your contact info added, just tell me.  We do know of a few more LGBT delegates who are not listed here who have never sought to be identified publicly as LGBT, so we have not included them.

NDAA and the Rise of the Police State

24 Jul
FREE and open to like-minded individuals!!!

America is rapidly devolving into the oppressive police-state that our Founding Fathers warned us about. In recent years, politicians have passed laws that destroy and erode our constitutional rights like the N.D.A.A. and The Patriot Act.

The NDAA is Nightmare in America. Our government declared WAR on its own people. Under the National Defense Authorization Act, U.S. military can arrest U.S. Citizens without any charges (or evidence), they can do it secretly (Just disappear you), they can hold you indefinitely with No right to a trial, they can even torture and kill you… Just ask Obama about his kill list.

Homeland Security, Federal agencies, and local police departments have also widely adopted military tactics, and military equipment while our politicians try to disarm the people.

– Steve Piotrowski and Jackie Piotrowski will give an eye-opening presentation on the police-state, and the erosion of liberties that our government has taken away from us all in the name of “safety”.

– Senator Mike Folmer will give a speech about legislation that he just introduced called SB 999, The Liberty Preservation Act. This is a Nullification bill which will end the unconstitutional N.D.A.A. in PA. He is also a strong advocate against Common Core.

– Darren Wolfe, CFL guest speaker of the year (author of The International Libertarian), will also give a Philosophy presentation on the police-state and why the founding fathers warned us against this, and what we can do.

– At the end we will also have a round table open discussion… This is your chance to be heard!

Pennsylvania schools enact Obama executive orders

Pa. kindergartner suspended

For bubble gun remark

Associated Press – Fri, Jan 18, 2013

MOUNT CARMEL, Pa. (AP) — A 5-year-old Pennsylvania girl who told
another girl she was going to shoot her with a pink toy gun that blows soapy
bubbles has been suspended from kindergarten.
Her family has hired an attorney to fight the punishment, which initially
was 10 days but was reduced to two.
Attorney Robin Ficker says Mount Carmel Area School District officials
labeled the girl a “terrorist threat” for the bubble gun remark, made Jan.
10 as both girls waited for a school bus.
Ficker says the girl didn’t even have the bubble gun with her and has never
fired a real gun. He says she’s “the least terroristic person in Pennsylvania.”
School district solicitor Edward Greco tells (
officials are looking into the case. He said Friday school officials aren’t at liberty
to discuss disciplinary actions.
