Is Rep. Eliot Engel retarded? He has this cartoony New Yawk accent and also sounds faggoty (being a faggot created blog we can say that, but kids, don’t try this at home!) But he is defending American aid to Egypt and he actually used “throw out the baby with the bath water,” “willy nilly,” “cut off your nose to spite your face,” and “rock and a hard place” all in one segment.

I guess those Obamacare premiums Congress almost had to pay for its staff left him with no budget to hire a decent copywriter.  And I am not sure under House Ethics rules he is allowed to employ his grandmother.
