What if Liz Cheney prepared a detailed list of significant budget cuts she supports. And it included cuts in defense spending, closing bases in Japan, Germany or elsewhere. What if it was more significant than anything proposed by her incumbent opponent?
Would the media ask Rand Paul about what he thought of her proposal?
Would he be forced to endorse it or compliment her on it?
Wonder if she will do something like this? Surely she can trim the bloat at DOD and still think of herself as strong on defense.
