During the President’s State of the Union Address

On February 12th, President Barack Obama will deliver his 2013
State of the Union (SOTU) Address to Congress and the nation.
In this speech, the President will have the opportunity to lay out
his policy priorities for the next year. Will he present a scaled-back
agenda now that the national debt exceeds the size of the economy?
Or, will President Obama’s Inaugural call for “collective action” mean
more new programs … and more spending?
Are Americans in store for the same or a different, lower cost
government? By how much? If you can correctly answer that question,
NTU will give you a $50 iTunes giftcard OR an autographed copy
of Steve Forbes’ The Freedom Manifesto: Why Free Markets Are Moral and Big Government Isn’t. We have prizes for runners up, too.
Then on the night of the speech, February 12th, join with National
Taxpayers Union’s 362,000 members across the web for up to the
minute commentary on the President’s State of the Union Address
and its fiscal impact. We’ll see you on TwitterFacebook,Google +
and our Government Bytes blog!
“Price the Proposals” entries can be submitted at ntu.org/sotu2013
The deadline to submit your entry is 10 p.m. Eastern on the 12th –
